About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team in a leading media company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running successful digital marketing campaigns, particularly within the E-commerce industry . This role will focus on driving growth through Paid Search , Meta (Facebook & Instagram) , and Affiliate Marketing . The candidate will be responsible for executing paid campaigns, tracking their performance, and optimizing them to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing), Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and Affiliate Marketing channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns for various e-commerce initiatives, ensuring they align with overall business goals and KPIs.
- Analyse and measure campaign performance through platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful and engaging ad content.
- Identify and test new channels to continuously improve ROI and acquisition metrics.
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners, negotiating deals and tracking performance.
- Continuously monitor and report on key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and paid media strategies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce .
- Proven experience with Paid Search , Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and Affiliate Marketing .
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads , Facebook Ads Manager , Google Analytics , and affiliate networks.
- Ability to plan and run paid media campaigns, optimizing for performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in A/B testing , performance tracking, and budget management.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital media.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Knowledge of SEO and its impact on performance marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
