About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our Global Virtual Hospital team. This role will focus on expanding our Smart ICU services by building strategic partnerships with hospitals and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Identify and Convert Partner Hospitals :
- Ensure proper market segmentation to identify target hospitals for our Smart ICU services.
- Engage with potential partner hospitals and work on converting them into clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop, maintain, and improve relations with existing and potential customers in the assigned region.
- Build and sustain trustful relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to influence decision-making.

3. Market Analysis & Competitive Strategy :
- Monitor and analyze market conditions, trends, and data to identify areas of competitive advantage.
- Analyze competitors' performance and strategies to safeguard and enhance our market position.

4. Sales Support :
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support customer-focused sales initiatives and actions to drive revenue growth.

5. Collaborative Engagement :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a quality customer experience and seamless delivery of services.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) sessions to engage with prospective customers.

6. Customer Education & Product Demos :
- Understand customer pain points and effectively communicate how our Smart ICU services can address their challenges.
- Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations to educate prospects on the benefits of our services.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the healthcare/technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in critical care or Smart ICU services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies for market penetration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in working with hospitals, healthcare providers, and doctors.
- Familiarity with Smart ICU services or healthcare technology solutions.
